I was running some errands a few weeks ago in a neighboring city. I was stopped at a traffic light in the middle of some very heavy traffic and there was a motorcycle cop in front of me. We had to sit at the light for a very long time, so I'm studying his bike. And then his license plate frame caught my attention...
