Our 4H camp this year had a Superheros theme where the kids learned about and explored different types of Superheros. Of course, there is Batman and Superman and Wonder Woman, The Hulk, The Incredibles, etc. - but "Superheros" can also be parents, grandparents, service men and women, emergency responders of all types, etc.
At the end of the week the campers and student counselors voted on several awards that were given out to the campers.
Dakota won the "Wonder Woman" award for being "Outstanding Female Counselor" and Drake won the "Super Boy" award for "Outstanding male camper"

Wow!! It doesn't get any better than that! Proud Mama!
My superhero? Well I have so many for so many different reasons! Hard to pick. Jesus, is number one. But truly, at any moment number two is likely to be my husband, one of my kids, siblings, nephews, friends...I love that God created each of us so uniquely, and with something truly special to add to each other's lives.
